I'm not sure if this is a bug, but i'm playing around with the Pitch Shifter and noticed that the sound doesn't return to normal after setting the semitone back to 0 (4000). Here are two audio files:

I don't think it's a bug, so much as a feature of how the pitch shifter works.

It's not a pass-through effect, but it recalculates what it will send based on the analysis of the grains that it takes from the input - and of course it adds delay, so whatever it outputs will be phase-shifted with respect to the input.

It's not a bug. If PitchShifter activated (non-zero Pitch + some audio on the input) it can't just stop working after returning to the Pitch=0, because the transition will be too rough. So the module continues to work even with the zero Pitch.
I will add some more advanced fade-out (to the original sound) algorithm in the next SunVox updates.

Thank you both for the explanation. No problem, I'll simply use two amplifiers to switch between the dry and the wet signal.

Oooooh you meant literally play a note with the LFO module to reset the phase. I get it now. Cool : )
