'cut' in the arranger window

could be nice to have 'cut' in the song arranger window (instead of using copy-delete-paste)...not a big deal really just small ideas

Isn't cut+paste kind of the same as dragging the selection around?

Having cut+paste available in the song timeline would be usefull for anyone working with a small screen.

@squidmissile: exactly! I'm working on a 7 inch screen (samsung galaxy tab 3). I try to keep each instrument in separate 'track' so that I can export stems later on if needed. So I end up with a vertically deep structure on the screen. I must zoom out quite a way to highlight, so if i want to grab a piece, say 64 lines long, and move it to another place its fiddly to postion it correctly (as im zoomed out so much). Instead I use copy-delete-zoom in- paste...its more accurate...a cut option would just speed things up a little but its not such a big deal.
