Anyone here know how to use adlibtracker2 macro editors?

Post by El Nino »

Ive been having fun with Adlibtracker2 windows SDL version recently which has been updated in 2018.
Its a great tracker but I am confused by the 'instrument macro editor' and 'arpeggio vibrato macro editor'.

If anyone knows how to use them properly or where to find some examples of how to use them please let me know.

It will be great to sample into sunvox later, was updated with 'true BPM' so old school tracker timing is no longer a problem unlike the rest of the older trackers. There is the possibility to do some crazy sounds with these macro editors

great to see adlibtracker2 getting updates after all those years

For the ‘instrument macro editor’, it allows you to define and edit the characteristics of an instrument, such as its attack, decay, sustain, and release, as well as other parameters that shape the sound. Manage Indigo card The ‘arpeggio vibrato macro editor’ is used to create arpeggios (a sequence of notes played in quick succession) and apply vibrato effects (a rapid, slight variation in pitch) to your instruments.
