NightRadio has already explained why it's note likely to happen: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4149&p=14294&hilit=Vst#p14294

I don't blame him... It would not be a simple feature addition to implement a VST host. :)

Why would you need VST while sunvox can create every sound you want? I know for some things, it's easier. But I think in the future of sunvox, many metamodules replace those popular VST plugins. I already asked for a visual interface for metamodule. That makes it easier to configure your metamodule. And then it would also look like a VST plugin.

Sometimes I secretly wish that SunVox could be loaded as a VST...
Mostly in the mixing stage of the music as I normally render the tracks to mix in a DAW when the time is right but always need to go back to SunVox to add some notes or fix somethings... As great as SunVox is I never had an easy time mixing and mastering inside SunVox.

But do not see the point of being able to load VST's into SunVox as it kind of destroys the whole purpose of having all inclusive song files that can be shared and moved around among all systems.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MANY CIRCLES

Please consider having three different versions of Sunvox as a VST:
~Sunvox as an instrument (only module/parameter window)
~Sunvox as an effect (only module/parameter window, similar to how effect metamodules work)
~Sunvox as a sequencer + modulation device (Just pattern view with length and track options, can automate external parameters, maybe even of other synths)

And with Sunvox as an effect or instrument, you could allow us to specify up to 27 parameter to automate externally in the host DAW.
