is it possible to implement multiple inputs and outputs, not only physical (between sunvox and the sound card), but also logical : between metamodule and it's host ?
That will be a super strong feature !!

Not yet sorry. You only can use two channels (left and right). Like in the Vocoder metamodule, where the left channel is the modulator and the right channel is the carrier.
