sunvox fullscreens on left screen when started from gnome launcher

Post by AutumnCheney »

i managed to set up multiple monitors on my pop!_os system running gnome, with the external screen on the left and the internal display on the right

however, when i launch non-opengl sunvox from the gnome app menu with fullscreen enabled in the preferences, it appears on the left screen. what's more strange is if i launch the non-opengl executable directly from my file manager it appears on my internal display as expected. the opengl version always appears on the left screen

i want it to appear on my right screen so i can run obs on the left and record sunvox at full 1080p resolution. is there any workaround around this?

thanks

You could (temporarily) cange the default display in gnome settings.

or else this (using A Keyboard Shortcut To Switch Displays with xrnandr) might help:
