Out of curiosity, what language/framework are you using for sunvox?
C / C++.
And many of external libs, depending on platform: OpenGL, OpenSL, GDI, SDL, ALSA, DirectSound, ASIO, OSS, ...

Hey, wondering if the awesome real-time recording feature will support pitch bend midi control?

Also, would it be possible to "attach" the modulation controller to a module parameter?

Many thanks for your great work :)

Not yet. But in my plans :)

This will be possible with Envelope module, which will be available in one of the next releases.

Not sure if this has been suggested yet, but could you make it so we can customize the color theme? Like we would be able to select different colors aside from some of the presets (kind of like the module colors). Would also be pretty cool to have it update in real-time to the changes.

Yeah, I suggested this once. Would be really useful. It is possible to make your own custom scheme by editing the .ini, but it takes some work to figure out one that works well. I did some messing with it and used a program to convert the colors I was seeing to HTML codes. Made my own schemes and everything... And then I still prefer some of the default ones. :)

.... and, somewhat related to my question about RAM usage... Is there any way you can add fuller functionality to the vorbis player? I.e. the same options as the sampler as far as envelopes and sample slots? (And also working with the sample offset commands?)

We could have vast multisampled instruments in a very compact filesize if this was possible :)

Or... Another question about CPU usage.. Would it kill the CPU to try to decode this many ogg files at the same time?

No, sorry :) Sampler and Vorbis player has different structures.
But sample offset for OGG will be implemented.

Of course :) Vorbis player is fast, but not so much

Could you add speech synthesizer module to Sunvox? On Linux it'd use espeak, on Windows it would use MS Sam (built-in synthesizer). There will be also a way to specify custom synthesizer command in module's settings. If synth command would be empty, the default one would be used.

I've thought about it :) But now it is too problematic

Would it be possible to add some kind of trigger function to be able to sync different software (E.g. Abelton) on different computer?

Yes, in future versions. For example - with MIDI Sync

That would have been cool in V1.7, since I try to use sunvox in my band :D
So I am looking for this feature in the future version.

Could you add direct OGG export? This is open format so you won't have to pay any license fees like you would in MP3 case (though I dunno how those laws works in Russia) and let's be honest - WAV isn't best format for storing music space-wise. Though WAV export should remain for those who don't care about space and care about quality instead.
