Sample Slicer

Post by transient »

Would love to see a sample slicer module come to Sunvox. Something where you can drop points into a sample and it automatically maps those points across keys (c5, c#5, d5, d#5, e, etc. etc.) I realize I could achieve the same results by manually slicing up samples and then inserting them into a sampler module but a slicer would be oh so more convenient!

You can also kind of do this using a MultiSynth playing a bunch of MultiSynths with their own Phase positions, Transpose values and active notes. But some sort of slicer functionality could allow for different slice lenghts for example.

yeah, i'd be looking specifically for different slice lengths. handy for chopping breaks, samples, etc :)
