Use an LFO device to modulate filter cutoff frequency on a couple of different square waves and a sawtooth layered on top of each other. Place a really low sine wave under all of that but dont modulate the filter cutoff frequency (that will be the sub bass part of the sound). Low pass filter is good but band pass is also used for a lot of dubstep...or you could switch between those two types of filter during your song to make it all sound more varied and interesting. Choose 150 BPM as it is easy to divide into milliseconds (the LFO is currently in milliseconds, not synchronised to the tempo of the song). you may want to reset the LFO each time you trigger a sound, or make a cool wobble, sample it and then use sample offset to get it nicely in time/ sounding good with your song. hope thats helpful. - forgot to say: go on google, type in BPM to milliseconds converter to get the speed of cycles in milliseconds that will fit with your song. Also, if you find that this method is not working out for you, just make a wobble bassline in another program and sample it for use in sunvox.
