Midi passthrough

Post by Keres »

Hey, does the spectrasynth have some sort of MIDI passthrough feature? I was working on a string patch and using a MIDI keyboard to test the sound. I disconnected everything from the output module, but whenever i hit the keyboard, the spectrasynth still played. On top of that, the sound played by MIDI and the sound played by tracked notes is very different. It seems like when a MIDI note is pressed the spectrsynth comes through dry. when you play notes in the tracker columns, it comes out how it should.

No.

Does this mean that you still hear it?
Seems that you have some other modules with the MIDI IN set to "always". So these modules are always played, regardless of whether they are selected or not.
If not, please send me the project file.

Yeah.. I still heard it when I disconnected everything from the output. It was a genuinely weird thing. I just closed sunvox and opened it back from the last saved point and it seemed to work correctly then.
