renoise + sunvox midi start stop sync??

Basically, Im a total noob when it comes to all things midi but Ive been wondering for a while now how I can sync renoise and sunvox (or two tablets both running sunvox) so that when I press play on the sunvox transport controls, both renoise and sunvox (or sunvox and sunvox) start perfectly in time with each other... can anyone enlighten me?

[I believe it may be possible already using audio pulse, not sure about midi start, stop though]

Currently im linking sunvox with touchdesigner and to do that I choose midi controller that can send midi messages via usb and din 5 cable simultaneously (currently i'm using arturia beat step fort that but it's not perfect). Than you can "feed" both programs using different sources
