Local controller value is written to module after note release

See title. IIIII doubt this is intentional. Now I wonder if this has screwed with my module settings in the past...
Yes, it is present in all generators with the local controllers. Polyphonic channel resets its state after release, and then all the local controller commands are recognized as the "global ctl change".
